My dog has been throwing up spontaneously after eating for about a week now. I switched his food while keeping some older food for him to get use to and it is still happening I do not know what to do

This is a sign that there is something wrong with him, probably something more serious than just a food problem, it might be pancreatitis, IBD, a foreign body in the stomach or even cancer. I would strongly advise taking him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
