Why is my budgie lethargic, sleeping, and regurgitating? Is she sick?

So we have a 5 year old (almost 6) budgie. Lately she's always sleeping, and tends to seek warmer places. Still eats, drinks, plays but most of the time is lethargic. She seems to regurgitate but we dont know if its due to sharing food or because of sickness. Could her behavior be a cause of sickness or old age? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 1lb

She is not old, but she is definitely sick, these symptoms are quite general so you will have to take her to an avian vet specialist quite urgently in order to have a few tests done and then the vet will be able to treat her.
