Is my Chihuahua's itching, licking, and hair loss a food allergy?

Longcoat chi. Excessive Itching, licking especialy after eating (for 60 minutes), hair loss patches on chest, face, ears limbs, butt. Ears & feet look slightly greasy. Have tried limited ingredient chicken, Pork, lamb, turkey. Natures variety and Fromms (worse on Fromms) suggestions on dry food? Live in CA, so can't order kangaroo here. Better quality kibble only. Thank you so much. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 2.4 lbs

It certainly looks like Dior-A-Belle is suffering from a food allergy. You can try some prescription hypoallergenic food such as Hill's Z/D. Make sure your dog does not have access to any other food and treats and also cannot steal cat food..... Feed this for at least 8 weeks., If the itching stops and the Z/D works for her, you can then either stay with this food or consult with your veterinarian about introducing new foods one by one to find out what food/protein she is allergic to.
