My puppy's third eyelid changed color & has discharge. Is it normal?

I have a German Shepard Dane mix ten month old puppy. I noticed that one of her third eyelids is black, the other is greyish white. She has some intermittent drainage in both eyes, but it's not copious. Is this normal? The third eyelids were both black before. Do I need to take her in to see the vet? Thx. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | 10 months and 13 days old | 65 lbs

If you noticed a change in the third eyelid color then it is probably not normal, especially so if she has eye discharge as well, it could be an infection, a foreign body or some other eye condition that needs to be treated, I would indeed recommend taking Lucy to the vet to get it checked.
