Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 11 years old | 12 lbs
I love my little yorkie mix. But, she has developed some anxious behaviors. Lately one of these behaviors includes licking her left front paw. I’m just wondering as I look at it if it in purely anxiety, or if there is something else going on here that I may have missed.

Licking if the feet can indicate and infection or a bite or thorn that is painful there or the start of an allergy. You can try to soak the foot in warm water and feel to see if you find anything stuck in it. If not, you can apply medicated powder between the tissue to help with moisture control. If it continues or there is redness or swelling then you will need to a see vet for further testing and treatment
