My puppy has hard scabby bumps on her head after travel. Serious?

My puppy (2m) has hard bumps with scabs on the top of her head. They don't seem to hurt. We have travelled so I am wondering if it's due to climate change or if it is something serious. They are even by her ears.they are small and scattered.

It may be from getting bitten by something while out or a reaction to an allergy in the environment. If there are several and they are getting worse or bothering her then I would get it checked by the vet as it may be a skin infection now. If there are a few then you can give a bath in baby shampoo to help get the scabs off the. Apply antibiotic ointment to the areas and monitor them
