Constipation is fairly common in orphaned kittens who are being fed milk replacer. You may want to try adding a little extra water if you are using a powdered formula. If they have not defecated in three days they may need enemas to help them go, so I would recommend seeing a veterinarian. The veterinarian can also examine them and make sure they seem healthy otherwise.

I would recommend that you have Faith examined by a veterinarian. It is unusual to go that long without urine or stool production and could indicate that Faith is dehydrated or constipated. Your veterinarian will be able to perform a physical examination to better determine what may be going on. There are some birth defects in which the openings for urine or stool to come out do not form normally. Your veterinarian will check for these.
