Whats wrong with her eye? Is it an emergency?

The black spot may be superficial (on the cornea) and be the result of a chronic irritation (very likely caused by chronic rubbing of skin fold on the corneal surface) or could be deeper at the level of the iris (in that case could be due to a cyst or possibly, but not very likely, to a tumor). A check up and ophthalmologic examination is absolutely necessary to determine where the black spot is and what is the underlying cause of it.
