My dog is vomiting repeatedly and won't eat. Should I see a vet?

My Husky x bangkaew mixed dog has been vomiting 8 times today 1st and 2nd's vomits are solid. The rest times are all watery vomit and won't eat anything even his favourite snack . What should I do? Please help . Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 2 years and 5 months old

Profuse vomiting is a concern and can rapidly lead to dehydration. Obstruction from a foreign body, severe gastroenteritis or pancreatitis are all possibilities and i recommend a vet check as soon as possible for antinausea medications and possibly an xray to rule out bowel obstruction
