My cockatiel is throwing up and struggling to move. Is it serious?

My cockatiel is having trouble moving around and it throwing up a lot. My parakeet died a few days ago and had the same symptoms. Can I please have an answer as soon as possible. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered

Vomiting can be a sign of a severe gastrointestinal infection or foreign body ingestion, you must take him to an avian vet specialist in order to get treated urgently, failing to do so will most probably end up the same way as your parakeet.
