Why does my dog's stomach gurgle loudly and he won't eat again?

My two-year-old Chihuahua Pablo hasn’t been eating his stomach is making extremely loud gurgling noises, this first happened about a month ago I gave him some coconut oil and he was fine it happened again last week he had the coconut oil and started eating again no problem and now it’s happening again but he won’t eat after the coconut oil. What’s happening?

There are many different problems that can cause repeating intestinal problems. Pancreatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, Addison’s, dietary intolerances among many others. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible if the symptoms don’t resolve. They may recommend blood work with this being a recurring problem.
