Unfortunately, grapes can be very toxic to dogs in any amount. Please get Sully to the closest emergency or 24 hour clinic immediately, so they can get him to vomit. Often, if we can get dogs to vomit the grapes immediately, they don't have any further problems. I am attaching a handout with more information below. https://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=3550 Good luck! I hope Sully is fine!

I am sorry to hear about your puppy. Unfortunately grapes can be toxic in some dogs and some even in very small doses such as this. In these cases, when we know the patient and know that inducing vomiting is safe for them we will induce vomiting and if the grapes do not come up we may treat with IV fluids and activated charcoal to decrease absorption. I would recommend calling the Pet Poison Helpline https://www.petpoisonhelpline.com 855-764-7661 and they can advise the safest way to proceed and if they feel your dog requires emergency supportive care if the grapes are not vomited up.

Yes, I recommend to have been examined by the veterinarian right away. The problem with grape toxicity is that it is not dose dependent. The veterinarian will likely make him vomit up the grape and may recommend other treatment as well. Get him seen quickly.
