My cat's forehead cut is bleeding after a fight. Should she see a vet?

hi, i just posted this question but forgot to attach a photo. my cat has a small round cut on her forehead, it's been there about 2 days and didn't seem to bother her but today it has become a little bloody. she's an indoor cat but it is likely from fighting with our other cat as they get into scraps occasionally. should she be seen by a vet? (she still doesn't seem bothered by it)

If it is not healing and seems to be getting worse, then I would schedule and appointment to see a vet as it may need antibiotics to heal completely. Try to keep it clean with mild soap and water and make sure to not get any in her eyes due to its location until you can get her seen
