My dog has tiny bumps on her head, and my vet is stumped. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | spayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 64 lbs

My 1 year 7 month old Dobermann has 3 tiny bumps on her head. They don’t seem to bother her at all and they’re not filled with anything. She also doesn’t mind when I touch them or inspect them. Do you have any idea what they could be? Asked my vet and they don’t know either

My first concern would be a hair follicle infection or scarring from getting bitten by something. Keeonthe area clean and apply neosporin to see if that helps. If. It I would have your vet scrape the area and possibly do a round of oral antibiotics then look into a biopsy if no improvement
