New puppy vomiting and diarrhea: Is it food, stress, or serious?

I just bought a 12 week old Boston Terrior pup day before yesterday. Up to date on shots, healthy. I gave her some canned dog food and a few hours later she vomited and has diarrhea. She is still wanting to play. Could it just be the food? Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 4 days old | 6 lbs

it can be related to the food or the stress of a new home and environment with new people. Try boiled chicken and rice for now. If the stool turns bloody or she stops eating, then I would get her checked right away.
