Hi there! Sorry to hear that he is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. For this reason, I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. At the very least they can address dehydration if present and start him on medications to make him feel better. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for your boy!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. I am sorry to hear that your puppy is not feeling well. I am concerned about him based on your description. Puppies are prone to many viral / bacterial infections as their immune system is still developing and not strong enough to fight off infections in most cases. I would recommend getting him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would make sure that he is tested for parvo virus, as this can be a fatal infection in many cases. He is likely in need of fluids for hydration and medications to stop the vomiting / diarrhea. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction and I hope that he gets better soon! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
