What causes dry bumps and bald spots on my cat's face and ear?

My 9 month old Siamese male cat has a line of dry bumps going up his face and I noticed today there are now 3 more on the edge of his ear. There is a dry bald spot in front of the same ear now as well, that's what it started with. I don't know what it is! Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 9 months and 12 days old | 12 lbs
