Poor Molly. This could be just a little mucus coming from her anus or anal gland material. Since she is having diarrhea, I would continue some plain boneless, skinless chicken and white rice to help settle her tummy. Since she is so young, I do worry she may become dehydrated. There are several things to cause loose stool like a sensitivity her food, eating something she shouldn’t, parasites, bacterial or viral infection and much more. I would have your vet take a look at her if she isn’t improving. Your vet will be able to determine the cause and get her on the correct meds to make her feel better. They will also be able to assess her hydration and give her fluids if needed. I hope this helps.
