My dog hasn't pooped all day but is active and eating. Is it normal?

My 2 month chow chow mix labrador dog did not poop thw whole day today. But he's still very active and he eats a lot too. What could be the problem? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. I would not be too concerned by this as sometimes dogs can go an entire day without defeating. I would add 1 tbsp of canned pumpkin to the food and see if this helps normalize the stool if it continues. If this continues I would recommend changing to a different food and see if this helps.
