My dog is panting heavily, but it's not hot. What could be wrong?

My dog is panting heavily but showing no other signs of heatstroke. Should I be concerned?

A heatstroke in the UK at this time of the year is not really possible, so it might be something else. possibly pain or discomfort. if the panting at rest continues you will have to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
