Both my dogs puked yellow foam. Should I be concerned and see a vet?

My grandma dog puked up yellow foam 2 hours ago. Then my puppy just puked up the same yellow foam. Should I be worried and need to take both dogs into the vet. I know if one pukes yellow bile its because there stomachs are empty. But for both dogs to puke within 2 hours of each other. Im not sure if thats normal or warrants a concern?

Poor Pups! This could just be coincidence or it could be that they are sharing a similar bug, parasite, or ate something they shouldn't. I would feed them plain boneless, skinless chicken and white rice to see if this settles their tummy. If they continue to vomit or start having any other symptoms, then I would have your vet take a look at them. Your vet will be able to do a fecal and blood work if needed. They will be able to get them on the proper meds to make them feel better. I hope this helps!
