Why is my senior dog throwing up bile, bloated, and feverish?

I have a 10 yr old schnauzer that has started throwing up. She is throwing up bile now. Her gums are a pale pink. She is lethargic, bloated belly, fever. What could be wrong with her? She only eats dog food and is never around other dogs. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs

I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. It is difficult to say what the cause could be but I would recommend having her blood tested and potentially have abdominal x-rays and an ultrasound performed to help rule out the cause of these symptoms.
