Why is my dog pooping black liquid, vomiting, and not getting better?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | 88 lbs

At first my dog was not eating properly then i took him to the vet but vet didnt told me what has happened to him and advised us to give him salines for what now he is pooping black liquid and also puking and he is not getting well... Condition is worse he is pooping day night whenever the salines are given and its more then a week now

I’m sorry Johnny isn’t feeling well. I am sure the saline has helped him feel better than he would have without it. However, the black stools Make me very concerned that he is bleeding into his intestinal tract. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian immediately. Blood work, x-rays, and possibly an abdominal ultrasound may be needed to have a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan. A bleeding ulcer, Addison’s disease, and cancer are all possible causes of what you describe. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
