Hello! My cat looks like a photo. What is this? Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 7 months and 25 days old | 6 lbs

While it is difficult to tell for certain from the picture, I would strongly suspect there is an infection going on. I would recommend taking her to your veterinarian to have it evaluated. It will most likely require medication to treat the infection. If there is a collection of infected fluid under the skin (abscess), that will most likely require further treatment as well.
