My puppy has a new bump. Is it a pimple? Should I use peroxide?

Just wondering if this is something I should be concerned with? It’s looks like pimple of some sort that just turned up today. Doesn’t seem to bother my 11 week old pup at all. Wondering if I could put peroxide on it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 17 days old | 5 lbs

I would recommend just monitoring this for now and if after the next 2 to 3 weeks it is still there or worse, I would have a veterinarian examine the area so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
