My 4 month old puppy has been throwing up worms for 2 days and hasn’t eaten anything. Is it too late to give him dewormer?

It may be difficult to give an effective dose if he happens to vomit it up. However, you can give it as long as you do so according to the manufacturers directions. The best option is to take Leo to a vet for treatment. The vet will be able to make sure the treatment is safe for his current condition and is effective for the type of worms seen. I hope that helps and Leo gets better soon.
