Hi there. It sounds like she may have eaten around 18-20 ounces of milk chocolate. Based on her weight, this may cause only a mild reaction. She may show signs of Vomiting, Diarrhea, Shaking, Elevated Heart Rate and Increased Urination. These signs are usually self-limiting (meaning they will go away on their own within 24-36 hours). Remember, dogs are individuals so even if she did not ingest a toxic amount it could affect her harder than another dog. It is always best to have a dog that has ingested chocolate checked out by your vet. I cannot diagnose over the internet and tell you not to take her fo evaluation. That is completely your call. Not only that, but if she ate more chocolate than you know about she could get more sick. So your options are to take her to a vet now or to wait and monitor her and if she starts showing any symptoms you can take her at that time. It is always better to err on the side of caution and have her evaluated sooner rather than later. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
