My dog ate chocolate and threw up. Is he okay now, what should I do?

My 23 lb Boston terrier ate a 3.2 ounce box of bite size butterfingers. Has throw up all chocolate out of his system I think. His tummy is now empty has not throw up in 9 hours. water and food is provided. No money for vet visit at the time. Any advice is helpful. Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Male | neutered | 8 months old | 23 lbs
