I am assuming you are talking about chin acne. If the acne is located anywhere else but the chin then you should get her to a vet for an exam. If the chin is the affected area I suggest you get these wipes and wipe the chin 2 times daily. http://www.allivet.com/p-5446-mal-a-ket-medicated-wipes-50.aspx Then apply a thin layer of this cream after the chin is dry. http://www.allivet.com/p-7689-benzoyl-peroxide-gel-5.aspx If you do this for about 2 weeks consistently and you do not see an improvement then you will need to get Ms. Norris to your vet for an exam. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Katie. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian if the condition is not resolving as she may require an oral antibiotic. In addition, I typically prescribe medicated wipes to help disinfect the area. A thorough history will be taken and skin tests can be recommended to try to determine an underlying cause. Many cases are mild and can resolve without treatment. I hope this information helps!
