Why is my budgie fluffed, sluggish, sleeping, with green poop?

I have a budgie. He was fine 2 days ago but now he is fluffed up, very sluggish, looks like he is sleeping all the time and there is quite a bit of green poo in his feather around his bottom. Thank you for any help. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 25 days old

Jeremy is definitely ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
