Doberman puppy vomiting & diarrhea after parvo shots, should I worry?

My 4 month old Doberman puppy had diarrhea yesterday most of the day but was fine and had an appetite last night. He had a solid bowel movement this morning and was playful and ate and drank pretty normally today until 4:30pm when he had eaten till his tummy was full and now he has vomited 3 times and is having diarrhea again. He has already had 2 (from our vet) possibly 3 vaccines for parvo. The breeder said they gave him one before I got him. I'm not thinking it's parvo but I'm pretty worried. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 18 days old | 33 lbs

Hi. Yes, parvo is still high on the list of possibilities at this age with those signs. Other possibilities are that he got it to somwthing, or has a fecal parasite, dietary indiscretions, and much more. I'd get him checked and tested tomorrow am. In meantime, off boiled chicken and rice in small amounts
