This could be due to some colon irritation if she is constipated. It could also be caused if she ate something she shouldn’t, intestinal parasites, certain viral infections or a sudden change of food. You could try 1/4 teaspoon of canned puréed pumpkin twice a day to see if this helps. If at any time she stops eating, starts having diarrhea or vomiting, becomes lethargic, or if the blood drops continue, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to do a fecal, blood work and even X-rays if needed. Your vet will be able to get her started on the proper meds to help her feel better. I hope this helps!
