What are these scabs on my new stray cat's ear and neck?

We had a stray cat show up and have decided to keep her she had a spot on her ear that was scabbed up that broke open and I found one behind her neck about the size of a dime what could that be? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | 10 lbs

If she has been outdoors then most likely they are cat fight wounds or abscesses. However, other things like ringworm or bacterial skin infections are possible too. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian soon. She may need antibiotics, and she should be tested for infectious/ contagious diseases and be started on vaccinations.
