My cat is shaking, red stitches, not eating after neuter. What to do?

Hello, my male cat was just spaded 3 days ago, today and last night he has been shaking, where his stiches are there's a patch of redness, i haven't seen him eat or drink anything today, what do i do? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10.6 lbs

I would be worried he has a fever. This is not normal after surgery and makes me concerned about an infection. I would recommend to take Felix to an emergency clinic tonight if possible. If you can't get to one tonight, go to the vet first thing in the morning. Try to get him to drink water, offer him food you think he will eat. Make sure he stays warm. If the doctor is worried about infection, Felix will need antibiotics and fluids. I hope he's ok!
