Dog off balance, circling, head tilt. Is it a stroke? What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 8 years and 1 month old | 22 lbs

I think my dog had a stroke. She is lethargic off balance walks in one circle tilts her head & not acting normal. She is 8 years old & does have an enlarged heart. What can I do to make her comfortable

It sounds to me like your dog may have vestibular syndrome. I suggest you get her to your vet for an exam. They can prescribe some medications that will be safe for her to take with her heart condition that will make her feel better. Of course, she may not have vestibular syndrome and it could be something else entirely (like a severe middle ear infection or even a brain tumor). It is impossible for me to diagnose over the internet.
