Why is my 6-month GSD puppy not eating, drowsy, and shivering?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 18 days old

My 6 month old female German shepherd is not eating anything since 3-4 days back. She feels drowsy all the time. She shivers while sleeping. She snores badly. Please help .

3-4 day history of not eating, particularly in a growing puppy, is definitely concerning. I would recommend having Cherry examined by your veterinarian, and to have some diagnostic blood work and possible images obtained to best assess the situation. Some possible causes of what you are seeing include ingestion of a foreign object, pancreatitis, various infection processes, or several less common causes. All of these could be ruled in and out with the above-mentioned testing. Hope this makes sense.
