What to do if my dog is throwing up and has diarrhea but seems okay?

Good day, my dog keeps throwing up, and her stomach is runny when she go poo. She drinks water and still eat. It also looks to me. Gums is pink, nose is dry.

If she is otherwise acting normal then you could withhold food for the day and,, if the vomiting stops, try a small amount of a bland diet, like boiled chicken and white rice. Continue feeding that for a few days and then transition back to her regular food. You could also add a probiotic (Fortiflora and Proviable) to her diet and see if that helps. If the vomiting and diarrhea continues, she stops eating, and/or becomes lethargic then she needs to be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can run some diagnostic tests and then prescribe medications to help treat the vomiting and diarrhea.
