Why is my 8-month house-trained puppy having accidents and licking?

8 month puppy is house trained but is now pooing without knowing it, and urinating frequently in here too, licking her genitals and is quite on edge. Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 16 days old

I would recommend having your veterinarian check a urinalysis and fecal on Bonnie. Is the stool normal or soft? Sometimes if the stool is soft they cannot hold it and it seems like they don't know they are defecating. It can be something like a urinary tract infection and/or intestinal parasites and your veterinarian can rule in or out both of them.
