My dog vomited brown food, mucus, and is shaking. Should I go to ER vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 65 lbs

My dog just vomited large amounts of brown vomit with undigested food 3xs and then mucos 2x she was also shaking how do i know if i have to run her to the emergency vet now

Take her food and water away to let her stomach rest. If the shaking is still continuing, then I would take her to be seen. If the vomiting persist or you notice diarrhea, then she needs to be seen. If she seems weak and lethargy or panting in pain and can't lay down to get comfortable then I would take her. If the vomiting has stopped and she has settled, you can continue to monitor for further changes. If does well until you reintroduce food in the morning and the symptoms start back, I would have her checked
