My cats have pink eye I believe and I’m not sure if it’s because the litter, they are kittens and I just got them 2 weeks ago. It seems to be getting better because I’ve been keeping it clean, what should I do? Because I don’t have the money for a vet right now. I don’t knownif it will get better on its own. It seems to be getting better

This looks like an eye infection, it's very common in kittens and very contagious. it will not get better without treatment, you will need to take them to the vet ASAP in order to get antibiotic eye ointment to treat this condition.
