My ferret is losing weight but still eating well. What's wrong?

Its getting to be winter where I live but one of my ferrets is losing a lot of weight. He's still eating well so I don't understand why he's losing weight but I'm starting to get worried. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi and thank you for your question. Weight loss in a ferret can be caused by many conditions, and in itself is too general a sign to base a diagnosis on. Assuming Loki is regularly dewormed, if this persists he has to see a vet. Likely some tests will be needed to diagnose the problem.
