My Yorkshire terrier does not want to eat and throughs up gall. What should I do?

if the dog is still active I would recommend to monitor him (watch his activity level, appetite, water intake, vomiting and diarrhea) and keep him without food for about 12 hours, then introduce bland diet such as boiled chicken breast and rice. BUT if the vomiting continues, or your dog seems to be more depressed or listless, or the dog still not eating then call your veterinarian or a local emergency hospital.
