Puppy breathing deep, heart rate fast, but still active. Should I worry?

Hi my puppy has deep breathing and a fast heart rate but eating fine still active and temperature normal any suggestions? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | 3 months and 2 days old | 6 lbs

If you are concerned I recommend a full vet check as breathing issues can rapidly deteriorate. I would be concerned about chest or heart conditions, parasites or a fever and the treatment would depend on the findings of a full health check
