Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry to hear Xena isn't feeling well lately. There are many medical causes for the symptoms she is experiencing. She may indeed be in heat which often presents with vuvla swelling and vaginal discharge which can be straw, pink tinged, or red colored. Vomiting, lethargy, shivering, and not eating however, are not typical signs associated with being in heat and may be symptoms of something a little more serious. My recommendation would be for Xena to see a veterinarian very soon so she can be diagnosed and appropriately treated. If she is vomiting today, withhold food from her tonight (she can have water) and if she goes the night without vomiting, you can reintroduce a small amount of her normal food tomorrow morning. I hope this helps and I hope she can see a veterinarian very soon!
