My lovebird is sleeping a lot, fluffy, and quiet. Is it sick?

I got two love birds. Maybe 2 months age. I feel one of them is not weak. Sleeps a lot and low on perch bit fluffy also. I gave vitamins on water. Dropping looks normal. Please advise. Also, Quiet not noisy at all. Stand still not moving a lot. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 1lb

Blue is probably ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take her to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
