A bald patch without being itch or without any visible skin lesion could be potentially due to a fungal infection or potentially being stress related. Traumatic skin injuries can quickly resolve without leaving any skin mark but a bald spot. A quick check up at your veterinarian would be needed to determine the underlying cause of it and give appropriate treatment. In case of a skin fungal infection, that can be diagnosed and treated quickly and effectively.

He could have ringworm, mites, fleas, infection, etc. He should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat the problem. Your vet can do a skin scrape, cytology, and/or culture to help diagnose and the prescribe medications to treat.
