my dog ate tampons two days ago. he wad eating and pooping fine the last two days but he has not pooped at all today. should i be worried? how can i help him pass it ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 63 lbs

There really isn't much you can do to help him pass it and he should be examined by a vet if his problems continue, especially if he starts vomiting. They could cause an obstruction and may need to be surgically removed. Your vet can take an xray to help determine if they are causing a problem and need to be removed.
