Is my guinea pig stressed out? I bought him from home to my college apartment and he has been acting strange he won't eat the food in his bowl or the hay in his cage but if I put the food or hay in my hand he will come and nibble on it then snatch it from me and then drop it and also he just sits in the corner of the cage putting his nose to the bedding

Open his mouth gently and check his teeth. They could be overgrown or maloccluded. Either condition can make eating difficult or uncomfortable. See your vet for trimming if necessary. If his teeth look fine, see your vet for a complete exam to diagnose illness or injury.
