Why is my kitten not eating, swollen leg, and not sleeping after vet?

My kitten was not eating and just drinkng watr fr 2 days. 3rd day i took him to vet accordng to doc he had fever and dehydrated he hydrated his skin and he isnt stil eating and 1 day latr his frnt right leg and paw is all swollen and he isnt sleepng fr 2 3 days and i am force feedng him. And nw its third day and his leg and paw is stil swollen and if i press he dosent say anythng no pain. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | unneutered | 7 months old

The swelling may be related to the fluids he got but i would be very concerned that he is still mot eating and recommend you return urgently for a recheck, he will likely need antiinflammatory and possibly antibiotics, special food and fluids
