My dog is shaking, not walking, and seems to be in pain. What's wrong?

tail between his legs, tight belly, doesn't walk or run as usual, shaking, laying very still, sometimes will crawl instead of walk. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 14 lbs

Poor Champ, it sounds like he is either very sore or very anxious and may have suffered an injury. If this persists longer than 12hours or he develops any other signs you should have him checked by your vet to identify the cause
